Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information Mobile Cryo Pro collects through mobilecryopro.com, website forms, appointment requests, and related business communications. It also describes information handled by service providers that support those activities.
It does not replace any separate intake, consent, safety, or service documentation used for an appointment. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.

The public contact form is not designed for medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance information, payment-card numbers, or detailed medical histories. Send only the information needed for an initial reply. Dan can explain any separate screening or consent process before an appointment.

How we use information
Mobile Cryo Pro may use information to:
- respond to questions and availability requests;
- schedule, prepare for, provide, and follow up on requested services;
- confirm locations, prices, deposits, and payments;
- communicate about an inquiry, appointment, or business relationship;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website;
- prevent misuse, fraud, or security incidents;
- maintain appropriate business, tax, safety, and transaction records; and
- comply with law and protect legal rights.
Submitting an inquiry allows Mobile Cryo Pro to reply through the contact method you provide. It does not enroll you in recurring automated marketing messages.

When information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to:
- Service providers. Website hosting and delivery providers, Formspree for contact-form processing, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for site measurement, and mapping or content-delivery providers.
- Professional and operational support. Accountants, legal advisers, insurers, technology support, or other providers subject to appropriate duties.
- Legal and safety needs. Compliance with law, legal process, protection of rights and property, or response to a safety or security concern.
- Business changes. A legitimate merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
- Your direction. A disclosure you request or authorize.
Mobile Cryo Pro does not sell personal information for money and does not disclose contact-form information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

Analytics, cookies, maps, and third-party tools
Google Analytics
The production website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure website use. Google Analytics
may collect session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, and
interactions with the site. It commonly uses first-party cookies such as
_ga to distinguish users and sessions. Google processes this information
under its own terms and
privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Contact forms, payments, and maps
Website inquiries are processed through Formspree. Booking deposits and other online payments are completed on Stripe. Interactive maps use OpenStreetMap data and CARTO map tiles. Loading these tools may send ordinary technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, to the relevant provider.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals, but there is no uniform standard for responding to them, and the site does not currently respond to those signals. The site is not configured to sell personal information or to use contact-form information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, this policy and any legally required opt-out method will be updated, including recognition of Global Privacy Control where required.
Other parties may collect information over time when you use embedded analytics, mapping, payment, or linked services. Their collection is governed by their own policies.

Your choices and California privacy rights
You may contact Mobile Cryo Pro to request that we:
- tell you whether we maintain personal information about you;
- provide access to or a copy of information you supplied;
- correct inaccurate contact or scheduling information;
- delete information, subject to legal and operational exceptions; or
- stop optional communications.
California law may provide additional rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain sales or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. Whether a particular law applies can depend on the business and the information involved. Mobile Cryo Pro will evaluate and respond to verified requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for making a lawful request.
Send requests to info@mobilecryopro.com or call (707) 413-9366. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope of a request. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law and may be asked to provide proof of authority.

Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, meeting legal or insurance obligations, and protecting rights and safety. Retention periods vary by record type and the requirements that apply to it.
Mobile Cryo Pro uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suited to the nature of the information. No website, email, text message, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
The website is not directed to children under 13, and Mobile Cryo Pro does not knowingly collect their personal information through the website. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion. A person under 18 should have a parent or legal guardian contact Mobile Cryo Pro about any service.
United States processing
The website and services are directed to customers in California and the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States by Mobile Cryo Pro and its service providers.

This policy may be updated as the website, services, vendors, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page and identified by a revised effective date. When appropriate, additional notice may be provided through the website or direct communication.
