Agreement and scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you access mobilecryopro.com, submit an availability request, communicate with Mobile Cryo Pro about a booking, or use an online payment link supplied for a Mobile Cryo Pro service. By doing so, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it. Separate appointment confirmations, screening forms, informed-consent documents, safety instructions, or written agreements may also apply. If a specific written service term conflicts with these general website Terms, the specific written term controls for that service.

Wellness information—not medical care

Mobile Cryo Pro provides non-emergency wellness services. Website articles, service descriptions, photographs, answers, and communications are general information and are not a medical diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

• Do not use the website or a wellness appointment to delay medical evaluation.
• Seek appropriate medical care for new, severe, unusual, worsening, or persistent symptoms.
• Call 911 or local emergency services for an emergency.
• Ask a licensed healthcare professional whether a cold-based service is appropriate when you have a medical condition, recent procedure, medication concern, pregnancy, impaired circulation or sensation, or unusual reaction to cold.

Nothing on the website creates a clinician-patient relationship. A manufacturer training certificate or wellness-service description is not a medical license.

Eligibility, screening, and safety

A website inquiry does not establish eligibility for any service. Mobile Cryo Pro may ask about relevant conditions, medications, skin findings, recent procedures, sensitivities, goals, or other safety considerations before proceeding. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, ask questions, follow preparation and safety instructions, and speak up immediately if anything feels wrong.

Mobile Cryo Pro may decline, modify, postpone, or stop a service when information is incomplete, medical clearance appears appropriate, instructions cannot be followed, the equipment or location cannot be used safely, or continuing would be outside the provider’s scope or professional judgment.

Age

You must be at least 18 to request or authorize a service for yourself. A parent or legal guardian must contact Mobile Cryo Pro regarding a person under 18, and any service remains subject to Mobile Cryo Pro’s approval and applicable consent and safety requirements. The website is not directed to children under 13.

Availability requests, bookings, and mobile locations

Submitting a website form, email, text, or voicemail is a request only. An appointment is confirmed only when Mobile Cryo Pro accepts the date, time, location, service, and price. Availability shown or discussed can change until confirmation.

For a mobile visit, you agree to:

• provide an accurate address, access instructions, and a reliable contact method;
• obtain permission from the property owner, hotel, gym, office, winery, venue, or other host;
• provide a reasonably private, clean, accessible, and safe space that meets communicated setup needs;
• disclose parking, stairs, loading restrictions, security procedures, animals, or other material conditions in advance; and
• ensure that children, pets, guests, and other activity do not interfere with safe setup or service.

Travel feasibility depends on route, timing, service type, and location. A city or county appearing in the service area does not guarantee availability for a particular address or time.

Prices, deposits, cancellations, and payment

Website prices describe the listed service and may be updated prospectively. Travel, additional areas, groups, events, customized visits, or other agreed additions may affect the total. The price confirmed for your appointment controls.

A requested deposit is applied as described in the booking confirmation. Any rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, no-show, package-expiration, or refund terms will be provided or confirmed before payment or booking and will control that transaction. Ask before paying if a term is unclear.

Online payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. Mobile Cryo Pro does not receive your complete payment-card number. You authorize the processor to charge the amount displayed or confirmed for the transaction you approve.

Communications

When you provide an email address or telephone number, you authorize Mobile Cryo Pro to reply about your inquiry, appointment, payment, or related service matter. Standard call, text, and data rates may apply. The website form does not by itself enroll you in recurring automated promotional texts. You may ask Mobile Cryo Pro to stop optional communications, although transactional or legally required messages may still be sent.

Results, photographs, testimonials, and site content

Individual experiences and results vary. Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, case studies, and service descriptions illustrate particular experiences or uses; they do not guarantee that you will receive the same outcome. Differences in person, condition, service, device, protocol, timing, photography, and other factors can affect what is shown.

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Reasonable efforts are made to keep material accurate, but content may be incomplete, outdated, or affected by third-party sources. Confirm material booking, price, device, safety, and service details directly before relying on them.

Ownership and acceptable use

The website’s design, copy, branding, original photographs, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mobile Cryo Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted.

You may not:

• copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without permission;
• use photographs or branding to imply endorsement or a false relationship;
• interfere with site operation, security, or access controls;
• submit false, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content; or
• use automated means to scrape or burden the site except as allowed by law and published technical instructions.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or use independent services such as Stripe, Formspree, Google, CARTO, and OpenStreetMap. Their products, availability, content, security, privacy, and terms are controlled by them. A link or integration does not make Mobile Cryo Pro responsible for a third party’s service or establish an endorsement beyond the stated use.

Website disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular wellness or commercial result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Cryo Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website or reliance on general website content. These Terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limit rights that cannot be waived, or replace the specific terms and duties applicable to an actual service.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in or serving Sonoma County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Mobile Cryo Pro may update these Terms prospectively as the website, services, vendors, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to that later use.

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
